How much does it weight in reviews?
Default: bonus axis worth +5% on top of the composite. Configurable to anywhere from 0% to 15%.
Can it be private?
Yes — sender can mark a kudos private. Manager/HR still sees it; team doesn't. Counts the same toward review bonus.
